To get a parking and entrance pass (also for loading or unloading baggages), it is necessary to contact the commercial department in advance. The traffic from Hvězda to Ovčárna is regulated year round and the entry is permitted only once a full hour.
Front desk providing informations is open 24 hours a day and offers small souvenirs, sweets, snacks (pizza, sandwiches), alkoholic and soft drinks, sporting goods and newspapers. Small pets up to 10 kilograms are welcomed.The premises stravovacícho sector (restaurants, coffee shops) and wellness center is the entrance of animals prohibited.
